North Shelby Water Company is a customer owned business, established in the early 70's, providing safe drinking water to over 6000 customer throughout Shelby, Jefferson, Oldham, Franklin and Henry Counties. NSW Co purchases water from three different sources; Louisville Water Company, Shelbyville Municipal Water and Sewer and the Frankfort Plant Board.
